“Come and see.”
John 1:39
We are happy to welcome you and assist you in your decision to become a Catholic. Becoming Catholic Christians is a gradual process of turning our minds and hearts to God, deepening our commitment to Jesus, and opening ourselves to the action of the Holy Spirit in the midst of our community of faith. Through the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist), God offers us grace to help us live more faithfully as followers of Jesus Christ.
Adults seeking to be baptized
The OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) is the pathway through which adults explore and enter the Catholic Church. Our OCIA group meets weekly, and over the course of several months participants learn about what the Catholic Church believes, how we live our faith, and why these beliefs matter. It’s also a space where you can ask questions, share your thoughts, and grow at your own pace. Beginning OCIA does not mean you are making a commitment to join the Church. If you’re simply curious about Catholicism, seeking a deeper understanding of faith, or wondering where God may be leading you, you are warmly invited to come. All are welcome.
Baptized Adults Seeking Confirmation and Eucharist
Many adults come to us already baptized—some in other Christian communities, others as Catholic infants who were never able to complete their sacraments. Wherever your starting point may be, you are welcome here. We take time to listen to your story and accompany you at a pace that honors your life, your faith, and your questions. Our initiation process is adapted to each person’s circumstances, helping you grow in confidence and understanding as you prepare for the Sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist. When you are ready, our parish community rejoices with you as you receive these sacraments and deepen your relationship with Christ and His Church.
Practicing Catholic Adults Seeking Confirmation
Sometimes Catholics (18 and older) have never had the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. If this is your situation, you are warmly invited to take this next step in your faith journey. We are here to support you, answer your questions, and help you prepare in a way that fits your life and strengthens your connection to the Church.
